Galex Nano is a basic pod system designed for beginners. Although the function button does not fire the device, it has many great features. Here are some basic operations:
The button is great for checking battery levels, unlike pods requiring you to vape. It is simple to fill the pod. Magnetic pods are easy to use and can be inserted and removed easily. Although it is not very tight, the magnets keep it in place with little to no movement. You will only need to remove the pod to change the coils. You can still fill the pod with it in place. Push the black mouthpiece backward, and the fill hole will pop out, showing a red rubber gasket on one side and an escape hole on the other. You can then vape the device by simply putting it back on.
The juice level can be easily seen because the pod is only half-exposed. To check the juice level, tilt the device if it is below half-exposed. The device is ideal for those who are just starting to vape or want to quit smoking. You don't need to use the extra features.
Galex Nano was a Freemax device, so I had high expectations. It performed better than I expected. It has a great flavor and compares well to the best. You can adjust the power to get the desired heat, resulting in an exceptional vape experience.
It is impossible to rotate the pod, and the airflow is set. I was afraid of this because it usually means less airflow. But the Galex Nano is different. It provided an excellent MTL draw. Not super tight, but enough to satisfy my discerning needs. If you need a looser draw, the 0.8ohm coil will give it. The auto-draw was quick and responsive. It never skipped a beat, and it seemed to have remained consistent through all the battery levels.
This device's battery life is awe-inspiring. The internal battery is listed as 800 mAh. However, I need help finding charging rates on their website. Type-C is the port located at the bottom of your device. To charge it, you will need to place it down.
The charge rate was tested, and it showed a maximum of 0.78A. It would have been listed as 1A charging. Most pods can charge in between 30-60 minutes, depending on their battery size. I was able to get a 50-minute charge. You can also use passthrough vaping.
The battery capacity was usable at 632 mAh, which is slightly less than the 800 mAh rating. Many devices are rated 20% higher than what you get. This is due to soft cell cutoff, overrated specs by battery manufacturers, and the amount of full that the device considers. It's 21% higher in this instance, but I don't blame them. It falls within the standards.
The function button can be used to check the battery level. Although the device comes with a standard three-step LED battery level meter, I prefer a 4-step meter.

Honestly, I don't own any because it meets all of my requirements as a pod. The only factors that can turn some people away are the 88g weight or the LEDs, but those decisions are as personal as how something appears.
Freemax has always been a favorite for high wattage DL cloud vaping. But, recently, I've discovered some amazing MTL vapes like the Galex Nano or the Maxpod.
